Stephen Rice is the head of business development and sales for Stellar Blu Solutions, a satcom terminal supplier to commercial aviation. Prior to Stellar Blu he held similar roles at GDC Technics and Thales. He was Senior Director of aircraft configuration at International Lease Finance Corporation (now AerCap), and spent 16 years in product and business development roles at US Airways (now American Airlines). He is commissioned infantry officer in the US Army (retired).
