Phil has been working for Panasonic Avionics for over 30 years, working many systems and products as a software developer, SW director, and now serves as Chief Systems Engineer. He has been involved in APEX standards over 20 years and is currently the cochair of the APEX0415 Working Group. He has written over 20 patents, holds a GIAC Security Expert certification, and loves to be in an industry where he continues to learn new things.
