Mark Smith is an IFEC industry veteran ‎and longtime APEX TECH participant. Mark works for AERQ as Sales Director – ‎America’s Prior to joining AERQ in ‎March 2021, Mark worked for American ‎Airlines, retiring after 34+ years. While at ‎American Airlines, Mark worked in ‎Global Marketing, managing the ‎customer experience for several major ‎IFEC projects. Mark holds a BS degree in ‎Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M ‎University and a MBA in Finance from the ‎University of North Texas. ‎
