For the last 5 years, she has been applying data science solutions to aviation as a Principal Business Data Analyst at zeroG, a data and AI consultancy owned by the Lufthansa Group. Her work there focuses on improving personalization and transforming the passenger experience through the power of data and includes projects with loyalty programs, cabin product providers, and direct with airlines.

Prior to working at zeroG, she worked in crime and risk research, as well as in business intelligence at a Fortune 500 e-commerce company. Finding an interest in the marriage between data and behavioural science, she pivoted towards personalization and customer analytics and enjoys bringing this expertise to the aviation industry, which has been a personal passion for her all her life.
