After a decade in London working in marketing communications, Patrick joined Emirates in 1992 and has been responsible for shaping the at-seat customer experience. He created Emirates’ award winning “ice” inflight entertainment product as well as a wide range of first in class innovations employed in the industry. Patrick is also responsible for inflight connectivity and retail operations among other things.

Patrick has served three terms as President of the Airline Passenger Experience Association.
