Ben Asmar is the Vice President of Products and Strategy at Safran Passenger Innovations and has been with Safran since 2018. Ben has over 25 years’ experience working across Government, Technology, Computer Games and Aviation sectors, with the last 15 years in Aviation. Over his career Ben has held roles covering Information Technology management, project and program management and product and customer experience management. In his role at Safran Passenger Innovations he is responsible for driving the strategic direction of IFEC products, as well as the development of innovative products and services for the RAVE Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity System, with a strong focus on improving the Inflight Passenger Experience. Prior to joining SPI, Ben held leadership positions in both product development and customer experience for Virgin Australia Airlines.
